UGC Net June 2024 Eligibility
Before filling the NEET application form candidates must be check the UGC NET June 2024 eligibility criteria. NTA will reject the application form of NTA NEET JUNE 2024 on ineligible candidates. The conditions to know who can apply for NEET 2024 are given below.
- Candidates must be an Indian National.
- The upper age limit prescribed for JRF should be 28 years.
- For the candidates belonging to different categories, relaxation will be provided to them.
- There is no upper age limit for Lectureship.
UGC NET June 2024 Qualification
- M.Sc. or Equivalent Degree for OBC and General Candidates with 55% Marks.
- 50% of marks are awarded to SC/ST and PH candidates.
- Candidates with an Integrated Course, a B.E., B.Tech, B.Pharm, or MBBS are also eligible for the CSIR NET 2024.

UGC NET 2024 Exam Pattern
- There will be one MCQ-based paper test.
- The English and Hindi versions of the test booklet will be printed.
- The exams will be administered using computer-based testing, or CBT.
- Negative marking will be used in accordance with the exam’s subject-wise format.
- Upon the results are announced, candidates are not permitted to file complaints or make representations against the answer key or keys.
UGC NET 2024 Age Limit & Age Relaxation
The age restriction for the UGC NET 2024 Junior Research Fellowship has been maintained at 28 years of age. While there is no age restriction for Lectureship positions. According to government regulations, the maximum age limit has been given.
- The For JRF, the maximum age limit should be 28 years old, but the Lectureship has no age limit.
- According to the Government guidelines, there will be an age relaxation.
